On your walk you will hear the song of the birds as they lift their voices to their creator and you can respond with your own Alleluia.
There are so many types of birds from the smallest to the largest, some with beautiful voices and some with a croak, but each one is saying something to their companions and mate.
When we can see them we can admire their beauty some so colourful, that they make us stop in wonder. Even those less colourful have something to offer.
Then when they take to the wing and soar and swoop above you, you too can soar and swoop with them in your heart as you sing your song of praise for creation and to the one who created all of us. Sr. Michelle.

When you are going for a walk you need to use your ears and eyes and to pause and look around. You might see a flower with a bee or insect on it. You can admire the beauty of the flower with its face raised to the sky, praising the God that created it and you can praise your creator God with it. Looking closer you can witness the generosity of the flower which is willing to share its pollen and nectar with the bee, who in turn will share the pollen with other plants to promote more growth. The bee will take the nectar back to its home and it will feed the young and also this will lead to conservation of the species.
Surely your response will be a lifting of your heart in praise to God the creator. Sr. Michelle.
